    Hi,

I need to set different image sizes for blog thumbnails and featured images on my website. If it’s not possible, please advise on how to automatically adjust uploaded images to fit these two requirements.

    Thanks

    Hi Zainab,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. I’d be happy to assist you with image size settings for your website.

In the Ashe theme, you can set different image sizes for blog thumbnails and featured images using the following steps:

    1. **Go to your WordPress Dashboard**: Log in to your WordPress website.

    2. **Navigate to Settings**: Hover over “Settings” in the left sidebar and click on “Media.”

    3. **Adjust Image Sizes**: You will see options to specify the maximum dimensions for various image sizes, including Thumbnail, Medium, and Large sizes. Adjust the dimensions according to your preference.

    4. **Save Changes**: Don’t forget to click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.

After making these changes, WordPress will automatically generate and display images in the specified dimensions for blog thumbnails and featured images based on your new settings.

If you want to adjust images that were uploaded before these changes, you might need to use a plugin like “Regenerate Thumbnails” to recreate image sizes with the new dimensions.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

    Best regards
