I am currently experiencing an issue with customizing my website’s home page in the WP Royal Mail theme, and I’m seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
The problem I am encountering is as follows:
Creating a New Page: When I create a new page in WordPress and set it as the home page (front page) in the WordPress settings, the page functions as the home page as intended.
Customization Restrictions: However, I have noticed that when this new page is set as the home page, I encounter limitations regarding customization via the WordPress Customizer. Specifically, I am unable to add or modify feature banners or perform specific customizations that are typically available in the theme.
I have reviewed the theme’s documentation and settings but have been unable to find a solution to this issue. As customizing the home page is crucial for my website’s design and functionality, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
