Hi there,
The mobile search bar on my website http://www.charisfar.com is not working.
If you click on the search bar your keyboard briefly appears, but immediately disappears again.
I tried it on different phones.
Any ideas how to fix this?
Kind regards,
Charelle

We also need to know the mobile phone model and browser you are using when the issue appears.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

Hi,
The thing is that Android devices hide Keyboards which are triggered from popups. That is common Android bug and unfortunately we can’t fix it.

Hi,
We tried lots of tricks to fix the issue but without any luck. It is what it is for now, I’m sorry, this sounds bit unprofessional but unfortunately it is a fact.
FYI: Replacing search bar with another one will not work because android has issues with inputs inside popups in general.
Kind Regards
