    Using Ashe Pro for awhile(years). Did not use for past several months and when I returned, found I couldn’t use my menus. I am not sure it’s wrong but rather I do not recall. The order isn’t making sense and my pages for said menus won’t load. Now I’m without my menus at all because they’ve stopped working entirely and tho I’ve tried to fix the problem, my attempts have failed.

    Im not sure what to do. I also have no homepage. I did but it’s also gone now. I really am lost. Please fix or tell me how to do it.

    Hi Linda,

     

    1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.

    2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

    3.
