    I had the free version of Ashe but didn’t launch anything just tried to get used to it all. I decided to upgrade to the pro version mainly because I wanted one of the styles for my website. I followed all instructions and have pro installed and activated. The YouTube video makes out you can click activate on the style you want, click on your website and there is the style, activate a new style and your website will look like this. However this is not the case. I click style 7 activate go on my website and the layout is exactly the same as the free version. Very frustrating as I spent out on the pro version as I thought it would make things easier. I also emailed for support but have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement of my email which is disappointing. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi BSW,

     

    We checked your website, and actually, the style you chose is already activated and is working, https://nimb.ws/f5TNbz  we see on this screenshot that you activated Style6, to have exactly the same layout you need to have exactly the same blocks, such as blog posts, widgets etc, and same home page settings, now you have static home pages when this style uses blog as the home page.

    Regarding the demo content itself, the theme has only 1 demo content itself that can be used in all the predefined styles we have, so if you want to use a predefined style without your own content, you need to import the demo content using our plugin Ashe Extra and after that check for predefined styles.

    Now we see that you have your own content on the website presented, if you import demo data now your content and demo data will be mixed up and presented together on the website.
