Hi, I had used Ashe Free on my Blog since 2019. Recently I wanted to use more features and today I bought Ashe Pro. I installed it as per the documentation and now when I click on “Customise” I get the following error message:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I am the site admin. I did not get any e-mail. I am afraid everything is lost now. What do I do?

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
