    I’ve  tried everything to get the image to upload for the ashe author but it never populates no matter where i get the image URL from. I can put in the header and text just fine but the actual photo doesnt populate. (you can see on any page of alesharosefitness.com)

    For my image hosting I used https://postimages.org/

    At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    To change the author widget, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and add the widget “Ashe Author” to your preferred sidebar, after that you need to get the image link which you want to be displayed, please navigate to Dashboard > Media  click on your preferred photo and in the right corner you will see the link of the image copy this link and insert in the Ashe Author widget: https://nimb.ws/NQZucj   https://nimb.ws/G5JiW1

    so the only image you can use is one on your site? I also can’t edit the photo at all. Any photo I use and it doesnt put it in a circle, it instead does an oblong oval in either direction. I just want a circle and to center my upper body in that circle. Its really not a useful function to not be able to edit this area.

    Hi Alesha,

     

    Actually, image editing is not theme related option, it’s Wp options such as image upload, editing and etc.

    To make the image visible rounded on the actual site, you can resize your existed images and make them have width and height equal, in short, make the image square.
