We checked your website, a related section under the single post page has blurred images but after checking loaded source codes, we find out that there are some changes or you are using some other 3rd party sources to display the section. We also checked customizer options and theme designed related sections are disabled for the single post pages, please see the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/5xLDdH

You need to use the image rebuild plugin and create thumbnails in exact dimensions which has the related section at this moment. We can Recommend the Ajax Thumbnail Rebuild plugin.
