    Hi, I’m new to WP and this is my third go at launching this blog because I’ve never gotten the templates to work.  I keep getting prompted to download pro, although I already have it.  I’ve selected “import demo content” for the “Lifestyle” predefined style and it does not look like the preview.  I never have a sidebar.  I have lost all of my customizations at least three times.  This is so frustrating. What am I doing wrong?  Where are the Ashe Pro tutorials?

    In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
