    Hi, I am unable to install the pro theme as I am getting an error message that the file size exceeds the limit for php.ini (?).

     

    What can I do? Thanks

    Hi Margit,

     

    At first, thank you for upgrading to the Pro version.

    The issue is causing because you don’t have enough PHP upload max file size limit on your server. please contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP upload file size limit.

    Hi,

    thank you. My provider has increased the upload file size limit.

    Now, I have the second error message 🙁

    Service Unavailable Error 503
    This can be caused by temporary overload or resource consumption.

    Hi Magit,

     

    According to the error you have 503, it’s related to your server/hosting too and theme, some server options have an issue, the second step is the same to contact server/hosting provider and ask them to check for the issue.
