Okay, I’ve been working with Weston Ruter over at WordPress regarding my issue. As a temporary workaround, I’ve been using the Load Combined Core Block Assets plugin.
However, Weston suggested reading a section of the WordPress 6.9 Frontend Performance Guide regarding loading block styles on demand in classic. That section seems more useful to a theme developer. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

February 17, 2026 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Issue When Editing Inserted Image as HTML After WordPress 6.9 Upgrade #77728Okay, I installed and played around with some other themes and I’m experiencing the same issue with those themes. So, I do believe there is a bug in WordPress 6.9 and it wasn’t resolved in the 6.9.1 update.

I have two logins and I’m not going to disable one of them.

I don’t understand why you need to access the backend of my site. If you follow the procedures I provided you should see the same issue if the issue is with the Ashe Pro theme.

January 20, 2022 at 2:30 pm in reply to: The latest update says Elementor and Royal Elementor Addons are required #67632So how can users get rid of the banner that annoyingly appears everywhere under the WordPress Admin area? I’m peeved about the banner. Good way to chase existing customers to another theme.
