Can change the CSS in the Ashe settings:
.wp-block-image {
margin-top: 5px;
margin-bottom: 5px;
}Or add padding:
.wp-block-image {
padding: 5px
}P.S. I hope in the near future will come out a patch, so that it was not necessary to correct anything manually.
Solved the problem myself. To do this, I downloaded and installed the theme manually from freemius.

Since I don’t plan to use Elementor at the moment, the banner is getting annoying. It can be blocked manually using Adblock or other browser plugins, but I would like to avoid unnecessary action.
Hopefully, in the next update there will be an option to disable intrusive notifications)
