Thanks Vako, I just created header boxes which I can make some ajustments and I also created paragraph blocks that allow me to adjust size for the between paragraphs.

I can’t adjust between the photos and paragraph blocks.

I found the Ashe Pro child theme, should I set this up and add css there? Are there any videos that demonstrate the process?

Im was trying to put text below the images on https://tbilisitownandcountry.com/about-us/

But, when captions were added, they were only one size and unadjustable. I removed the captions and added a paragraph box below which I was able to increase the font size and it looks much better now.

So, I am happy with it now!

I was able to do this by creating a new block, and change it to H1 heading, and then under block prefs you can center. Use page options to hide the site title.
