I probably have found it ‘already’. You have to enable the side bar for each page. When editing a page, scroll down completely and there you see “show side bar”. Those were set to ‘none’ after migrating to the Pro version. After setting it to ‘Right’ it is enabled again. You’ll have to do this for each site to what it applies.
