Hi Nick,
Thank you so much for your help and detailed investigation. I wanted to let you know that after disabling the page preloader as you suggested, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in loading speed — especially on mobile devices. The difference is quite noticeable, and I really appreciate your support in pointing that out. Thanks again for your assistance. I’ll continue monitoring the performance and let you know if I encounter any further issues.Hi ,
The main issue I’d really like to focus on is the loading speed of the site. I’ve noticed that after clearing the cache, the site actually loads even more slowly — the average loading time is around 5 seconds, which feels too long. On iOS mobile, sometimes the page doesn’t fully render until I scroll up or down, which affects the overall user experience.
Would really appreciate it if you could take a closer look at the performance side. Let me know if you need anything else from my side.
Thanks again! This reply has been marked as private.November 15, 2024 at 8:28 pm in reply to: Assistance Required with ‘Bard Pro’ Theme Compatibility on WordPress #75982Just solve the issue by adding some code to wp-config.php. I think it should be come from the update of WordPress since I saw some other people have these issue(can’t edit/ post, plugin white screen) too. This is the solution if you have interest to know:https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-screen-when-trying-to-add-a-new-post/
