Unable to add new field in featured slider

– All plugins Updated

– WordPress Updated

– Ashe theme updated

I am unable to add new field in customize>Featured slider. I can delete and edit existing slides but when I click add new field nothing happens.

I have uninstalled all plugins including Woo Commerce still it is not working.

How do I fix it?

In the free version of the theme, you can only use 3 custom slider items.
