Since going to the PRO Theme, I keep getting “There has been a critical error on this website” alert from wordpress. I even changed servers and I still am getting this error. It looks terrible when clients art trying to access my website. The only notice I get is from wordpress that states “the app Ash Pro is conflicting” with the program. I am using the latest version of WordPress. Isn’t your theme compatible?

Hi,

The theme is 100% compatible with the latest WordPress. It should be a 3rd party plugin issue or maybe there is smth wrong with your database.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
