Hello, I have a few different questions.

Below is the demo I’m referring to when I say demo in the next few questions.

1. Where can I get the Subscribe button as seen on the demo?

2. My instagram widget isn’t working correctly, the images are not to size like the demo.

3. How can I make my clickable “about me” image a circle instead of what I currently have which is rectangle.

4. Lastly, How can I remove the “Ashe theme by WP royal” at the bottom of the page?

Hi Amanda,

 

1. Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > About Ashe  > useful Plugins and activate the plugin “Contact Form 7”

2. We need to check for this issue form the back end, In order to assist you we need to check your site backend, please send us your website URL/USERNAME/PASSWORD.

Make sure to mark your reply as Private to hide it from the public.

3. You need to add widget Text to your preferred sidebar, and link used author image to you preferred link, Please see the screenshot.

4. Unfortunately, it is not possible in the free version of the theme, it is a Pro feature.

We also need the login URL for your webiste, seems that you forget to share it.

Pro Regular license can be used only on 1 website(domain) and the Extended on unlimited.

Hi Amanda,

 

The issue with the Instagram widget solved, you had incorrect configurations, for the author widget round image you should upload round images for this widget especially.

Hello,

I have looked at a ton of videos and can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. What I’m referring to is located  in the demo widget area. It shows Name, email and a subscribe button. With contact 7 its more geared to a contact page versus a widget.
