We’ve activated the social channels through the customize panel but instead of icons displaying we see flashing exclamation marks. The links themselves work – the page doesn’t seem to be able to load the icons though.

I asked a developer to look into it and he thought it may have to do with fontawesome requiring the data prefix “fab” instead of “fa” – but then I would assume they wouldn’t be working for anyone and I suspect that isn’t the case.

Do you have any suggestions?

Please create a user with administrator permissions, we need to check themes plugins and other appearance settings, with the current user we don’t have permissions for that, please check the screenshot.

To detect the issue with the social media icons first you should exclude the fault of the installed plugins, please deactivate them all one by one and if the issue still will be presented please contact us and we will take a look again.

We don’t have permission to deactivate or activate any kind of plugins or change anything on your website, in case you give us permission we will do it by ourselves.
