Hey, I need to create a bar across the top or bottom of the page with images that have a url attached. It is to show that the page owner is a registered provider.

So basically a bar across the page that I can slot images into that have a URL. If there is already a widget or plugin can you point me in the right direction because I am not sure what to search.
