Hello,

since I’m no longer receiving any replies, I’m starting a new chat. I’ve alreade sent a screenshot via email, as the WordPress.com-support team has apparently found the problem. WordPress.com support has now discovered that the theme is overriding the color of the WordPress-Block. I’m sending a screenshot from WordPress.com. Please fix this immediately so I don’t have to redesign the table of contents in over 300 posts.

Thank you.

Hi Ulrike,
First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in our response. Due to an internal support queue issue, your previous messages in the thread were unfortunately not surfaced correctly on our side, which is why they went unanswered. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the scale of your site.
Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing the findings from WordPress.com support. We take this seriously and want to ensure this is properly reviewed.
Please send us the URL of your website (or a staging/test page if available), and our development team will take a closer look at the issue to verify whether the theme is affecting block colors and determine the best possible solution.
Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards
