Hello, as you can see in the below image (or go here: https://ibb.co/6bcHMQ6 to see it as well), on my Shop page, the drop cap letter “C” is partially cut off at the bottom of the letter. The red arrow in the image points to it. Please advise on how to fix it so that the little bottom part of the letter shows up? Thank you.

It sounds weird. Please share your website URL/Username/Password and we will check. Make sure to mark your reply as Private to hide it from the public.

We are trusted by thousands of our clients, we need your login info to check for the issue, there is no other case, the issues that you described doesn’t exist on our local machines, so the reason for the issue can be several, installed plugins, inserted scrips in widgetized areas, some configuration clues and etc.

If you have some trouble with sharing the Login Info to the second person, please create a new user with administrator permissions and share the login info(login URL/username/password), you will easily delete the existed user after we finish our work.
