My Logo is not showing on my home page which is a static page, but is showing on my other pages. On my mobile and ipad it is too hi – how do it change it?

I want the same answer as another asked:

I’ve got the logo to appear on the Home page (it was switched off for some reason) however still need help with logo on other devices
