Hi, about two weeks ago I purchased a lifetime Bard Pro single page license, activated etc. and everything was fine until today found some issue on my WordPress dashboard:

“Hmm… Your license has expired. Upgrade now to continue using the theme without interruptions”.

I logged on to users.freemius.com and my license status is still ‘active‘.

Has anyone run into the same problem?

At first, thank you for upgrading to the Pro version.

This kind of issue in most cases appears when the license key is not activated on the website, please make sure that the license key you received after purchase is already active on your webiste.

If the issue appears anyway, In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

I activated license key once again on the website, because I first activated according to the instructions received in email after purchase.
