Hello,
I’m having a problem with this theme’s header image. I’ve changed the size of the header several times. It now works in desktop view, but when opened on mobile and tablet it cuts off the top and bottom of the header image. It looks correct in the preview mode, but it doesn’t work properly once published. Can this be fixed?

Is it just for the look or should it actually open and show more menus/features?
September 4, 2019 at 4:48 pm #37642Hi Keyta,
1. For the header related issue, We added some custom CSS snippets to your website, please check if it works for you and let us know.
2. Its a hamburger icon should show the alt sidebar, at this moment it is not working, to check for the issue we need your permission to deactivate some of your installed plugins.
Kind Regards
September 4, 2019 at 5:16 pm #37649I just checked and it looks like the header is now working on desktop and mobile. Unsure what you mean in comment 2. Is that regarding the menu?
September 4, 2019 at 5:19 pm #37651I read your comment again and I get it now. Not sure what “alt sidebar” should show up as I already have 2 sidebars. Would deactivating any plugins mess with the theme? If not, you have my permission to deactivate.
September 4, 2019 at 5:20 pm #37652Also, the Search button isn’t working.
September 5, 2019 at 5:32 pm #37666Hi Keyta,
To exclude the 3rd party plugins fault, you need to deactivate your installed plugins one by one and you will be able to detect which one is the reason for the issue.
Waiting for your response.
Kind Regards
