I’ve just installed your beautiful theme on my homepage.

On every check, my website looks good on every device, but in reality, on serveral Android and Apple smartphones, the header image not visible.

Have you any suggestions, what could be the problem?

At this moment we checked your website and cant find thee same issue as you described.

Thanks for your response. I’ve attached an image of the page on an Android smartphone.

I’ve checked the page on several smartphones, Android and Apple, but the header image is not visible on any of them.

At first sorry for the late reply, we had holidays

Weird but we checked several mobile devices and cant ge the same issue as you described, the header image looks great.

Maybe you have some local issue or cached data, please clear your cache and check again.
