Header doesn't change

I have changed the header numerous times, but anytime I go to preview it, it shows the default header. Also, is there a way to not have the header on each page (other than the home one)?

1. Please make sure that you are publishing your changes instead to save them as a draft. Please see the screenshot.

2. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use different headers on current pages in the free version of the theme as its a pro feature.

Yes, I finally published it, but then it launched my site (which I wasn’t ready for). But it’s ok. And thanks for the other info. I might be upgrading soon then!
