I’m working on it… I found the list styling issue but still can’t find out the “first letter” problem, I’ve checked all the screenshots you’ve provided but can you please send me a specific screenshot with markers where the problem actually is?

To fix the bullet list issue, you need to add this CSS snippet to Customize > Additional CSS section:
.post-content ul { padding-right: 18px !important; }
