Hello,
I am wondering if there is a contact form already integrated into the Ashe Free theme, or if I need to download a plug-in to install one. In the demo page, it shows a contact form under the “contact” page, but I’m unsure if this is something that’s included or if I’m just unsure of how to implement it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Danielle

Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > About Ashe > Useful Plugins and activate the plugin Contact Form 7.
To better understand how to manage and configure your contact page, please watch the video guide below:

June 27, 2019 at 9:33 pm #35969I have tried that but it won’t actually let me remove the “Ashe Theme by WPRoyal”. It will let me change the copy year and “all rights reserved”, but I can’t remove the former. Is that only available for the Ashe Pro version?

Is there another way to go about this issue I’m having? I still think giving out my information is a bit strange.
Thanks,
Danielle
August 8, 2019 at 12:31 pm #37073Hi Danielle,
We are trusted by thousands of our clients, we need your login info to check for the issue, there is no other case, the issues that you described doesn’t exist on our local machines, so the reason for the issue can be several, installed plugins, inserted scrips in widgetized areas, some configuration clues and etc.
If you have some trouble with sharing the Login Info to the second person, please create a new user with administrator permissions and share the login info, you will easily delete the existed user after we finish our work.
Kind Regards

You are running the free version of the theme on your webiste, as I see you have already purchased the pro version so install it and you will be able to remove or change the copyright.
