Add sidebar to Index page

Hi,

I just added an Index to my blog, and I would like to show my right sidebar on it; however, I am unsure how to do that. I currently have only my home page as well as single blog posts set up to show the right sidebar. The other Pages I have I don’t want my sidebar on, just my Index page. Thanks!

Hi Emily,

To add sidebar to the custom pages, please navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Edit Page > Page Options > Show Sidebar

An index is not actually considered a “page”. It’s separate from Pages on the Dashboard. From what I can see, when you’re editing an Index, there is no page options to add a sidebar.
