Thank you for sharing the website URL.

We checked your homepage and were able to reproduce the issue. After debugging the page, we found that the white space is being caused by an additional HTML element that is being loaded above the page content. Although it doesn’t contain any visible content, it still occupies space in the layout.

From what we can see, this does not appear to be theme-related. It is most likely being injected by a third-party plugin, such as an advertising plugin or another plugin that inserts custom scripts or HTML.

We recommend the following:

1. Deactivate your installed plugins one by one and check the homepage after each deactivation. This should help identify which plugin is generating the extra HTML.
2. If you don’t want to risk affecting your live website, we recommend creating a staging copy first. You can use a third-party staging plugin to clone your website and perform the testing there.

3. If the above steps don’t help, we’ll be happy to investigate further. Please install the third-party Temporary Login Without Password plugin and send us the generated login URL.

Thank you for activating the plugin.

However, we still need the temporary login URL generated by the plugin. Activating it alone does not give us access to your website.

Please create a temporary administrator login and send us the generated URL. Before sending it, test the link in an incognito/private browser window to make sure it opens the WordPress dashboard correctly.

Once we receive the working login URL, we’ll check the issue directly.
