menu always visible

Hi. I used to have a sticky (always visible) top menu on my website, meaning it stayed at the top of the screen even when scrolling down the page. However, after configuring my theme recently, the menu is no longer fixed — it scrolls out of view with the rest of the content.
Could you please help me figure out how to re-enable the sticky menu feature? I didn’t change any custom code, just updated some theme settings.
