Hi. I am using the free version of Ashe theme and am experiencing a problem with the navigation menu. Please see attached. The navigation menu for some reason is overlapping/overlapping and going straight across my images whenever I click to enlarge a photo in my gallery. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme but it did not solve it. I was ready to buy your pro version but I am concerned it will have the same issue. Is there a way to fix this? This issue is happening on every device. Please let me know.

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

I purchased the Pro version for Ashe today but it is not letting me install the zip file. See my screenshot below. Could you please help?

Hi Buffy,

At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.

We had this kind of issue and we fixed it, please try to update the theme after 48h and check the result, if the issue still be presented, please share your website access using this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

Hi, will the update be available for the Pro version? I just purchased it yesterday. Also, how do I access the Pro forum? I cannot go in to see it.

Hi Buffy,

At first, thank you for upgrading to the pro version.

If you purchased the pro version several days ago you have the latest version so there is no need for the update.

To access the pro forum please use email address you used during the purchase, password you can reset with the same email.
