Hi there,

I try to migrate my WordPress from a DNS to another one without leaving or changing the host. When I set the SQL queries in the DB, the ASHE template is reset like a brand new installation, anyway, there are some CSS customized settings in it.

How can I make this DNS migration without losing any customizations?

Nick is here from DEV team, unfortunately I am not expert in this field and I think your hosting company will give best answer in this case – so please ask them, I am sure they already have similar case and they will give you the best answer.

Really? Do you mean that you are not able to manage properly the installation of your own product? I never had a so short answer to a technical issue of an owner’s software. Please make an effort and assume that. Thank you.

Hi again,

As I told you before I am not familiar with hosting related things and I cant help you in this case. This is hosting related support and not theme related. I have no Idea how that DNS related thing works. Maybe on wordpress org forums they will help you as well because they know best how it works and theme is coded by theirs standart.
