Unable to change the logo - WP Royal Themes

Hi guys! Thanks for the awesome theme, I’ve installed it on a friend’s site and everything seemed to work fine until I changed the logo for what feels like a million times. Right now I;m unable to change the image and instead it just displays the website’s title and the default image for when an image wasn’t found.

At first, thank you for your response and for choosing our theme, and sorry for the late reply, we had holidays

In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

Hi @clarat

We were able to upload a mini logo on your webiste without any issue, please check and share the screenshots of the issue on your end if we missed any part.

With the site: chicobsession.com we saw that there is no site logo to which covers the main menu.
