Theme displaying wrong in internet explorer

The website I have made for my client appears correct in chrome, safari, and on mobile but my client uses Internet Explorer and it the content is too large for the width of the website, so images are getting cut off.

How would I fix this so that it appears correct across all platforms?

I can’t attach or upload any photos to this?

When the website is opened through internet explorer it is getting cut off on the right side.

The website is scottandstephadopt.com, if you open it using internet explorer you will see what is happening.
