Hello,
I currently have a static reading setting where my Home page is “HOME” and my Posts page is “BLOG”. Which is great, I love it, all my post go directly there.
The thing is, my “Home page” is blank. The only thing that is there is the slider and content boxes, after that it’s just blank with a big HOME label, I hate that.
Here is the demo https://ashe-free.wp-royal-themes.com/default-right/# site where the “home page” look nice. I’d like mine to look like that.

If you want to have the same exact look of your home page you should recover default settings for the Blog and Home page, at this time your home page is not the place where the blog posts will be shown.
To have the 2 separate pages with the blog posts is possible only in the Pro version of the theme.
Kind Regards
July 25, 2019 at 9:23 pm #36747How would I recover the default settings for the home page and blog page?
July 25, 2019 at 9:34 pm #36748Because when I take out the “static option” my posts just don’t appear anywhere both blog and home end up being blank besides the slider.

July 30, 2019 at 2:40 am #36837No, unfortunately it didn’t work.

July 30, 2019 at 11:50 am #36843Hi #simplysavvymillennials.com
This pages will not work after we changed settings to the default, but as you mentioned you want that your home page was showing your most pat posts and this is possible only in this way, please clock on the header logo it redirects to the home page and you will understand easily everything.
Kind Regards
July 31, 2019 at 5:41 am #36865Yeah I saw what you meant. Unfortunately that’s not what I wanted. I still wanted to be able to click home and blog. I might just have to upgrade to pro in order to have both of those be able to show my “latest posts.” I ended up setting it back to static.
Thank you though!
Another quick question. Is there anyway to get rid of the big “HOME” display when you scroll down.?

With the theme and WordPress settings, you can only have one blog page at the same time, but we can give you shortcodes in the pro version only, to have blog posts on the home page and on the blog page too
To remove the huge Home word, Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Aditional CSS and following snippet:
#page-366 .page-title { display: none; }
Kind Regards
July 31, 2019 at 10:32 pm #36900I put the code in and it didn’t do anything.
July 31, 2019 at 10:48 pm #36901Actually, never mind I figured it out, thanks.
If I ever wanted to upgrade, how would I go about doing that? Will it automatically install the upgraded version?
