I had the Pro version installed, but after it updated, it thinks it’s the free version — and I can’t find anywhere to enter my License Key.

Like yesterday, I’ve looked through all your documentation, searched this forum and searched the web trying to figure out how to re-activate my Pro version.

I have spent hours trying to figure this out and have nothing to show for it. I would really appreciate a response, please.

Please share the screenshot of the theme you have now active, we will try to help in this way, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes

I took a screenshot but there is no way to upload it with this form. There’s no real information there, anyway.

I’ve got version 2.13 of Ashe. If you want, I can send a copy of my receipt for the Pro version.

I’m on Day 3 now of trying to get the Pro-version re-instated after updating. Can you please just tell me where to enter my License Key?

Day 4:

OK, I don’t understand why you won’t tell me where to enter my Pro-version License Key. You haven’t asked me for any information or explained why I might be having this problem. Is it a bug with the new version? No information. Nothing.

So I give up. I regret paying for the Pro version. I will delete the Ashe theme entirely and start over with the free version of Blocksy instead.

What a waste of time and an all round disappointing experience.
