My video header stopped working randomly but the video is still attached. http://www.sisterlysuggestions.com it shows perfect on staging but not when live. Please help.

We checked your website almost on all kind of browsers and screens, we can’t get the same issue as you described, video in the header section working well on our end.https://nimb.ws/NkOfed

Seems that you have some issue on the site, please temporarily delete the cache plugin you are using and try again.

At first, sorry for the late reply, we tried to reproduce the same issue on our end but no luck.

So now we need to check for the issue on your end but the login URL you shared has expired so we are unable to access your website back and (dashboard) Please renew the login URL and our developers will check for the issue.

Additionally, none of my staging changes are deploying even though staging appears 100% perfect and cache is cleared.

Every time we request the login URL you sharing the staging site access where the issue does not appear, please share the login URL for the issue website to check for the issue.

On the staging site, everything works fine and we cant define the issue.
