Hi,

I wanted to update my Ashe Pro version on my WP site, but it every time I try I only get this (sorry it’s German, but it actually says like in the end, Download forbidden) I am really not a pro in doing all this stuff, but I have no clue …

Any ideas? Thanks so much and sorry for trouble

Hi Daniela,

 

Seems that your server was blocking the connection to our server, we reactivated your license key, at this moment update button has gone but you will receive an update notice again but it needs some time, after that you will be able to update the theme.
