The tabs that display when you open a webpage are empty for my site. You cannot see what site is on the tab when looking from a different tab. I tried inserting an image for review but this won’t allow me to insert an image so for reference you can type in my blog and you will see the tab at the top just shows a – for the homepage tab.
Hi Rachael,
Can you please describe the issue you have in more detailed? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, screenshots will be much appreciated.
Kind Regards
I apologize about forgetting to post a link to my website. My website is https://teacupblossom.com . Unfortunately I seem to be unable to post a screenshot of the issues (this form will not allow me to). To better describe what is going on…. When you open the internet browser (I am using Safari), under the URL you can open new tabs. That way you can have multiple pages open at the same time and you can switch between the tabs to get to each page. When you look at the tabs, they ALWAYS say the website name. That way you know which tab has which site on it. However, when you open my blog and you are on the homepage of it, the tab does not say my website name. It is just blank with a – on it. How do I get the tab to show my website name?
Hi Rachael,
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Hi Rachael,
We checked and the site title and tag line field are not filled that why you dont have a website name on the opened tabs.
Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo Setup > Site Title, here is the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/BqlvJs
Kind Regards
