I use the search widget in my right sidebar. I’d like this widget (and only it, not other sidebar widgets) to be at top of my site (between the menu bar and posts) while in responsive mode. Is that possible (and how)?

Hi Wiktor,
In this case, you need to use the left sidebar and insert this widget only, on the mobile screens it will show first before content.
Kind Regards
Thank you vako, though I don’t want the left sidebar in my full page view. I guess I’ll have to remove search widget and go with the search icon on the menu bar.
2 follow-up questions:
1. Is there a way to change the text shown after clicking the search icon “Typa & hit Enter”?
2. Is there a way to swap the order of search icon and dark mode switch?
Hi Wiktor,
1. To change the string names, you can use loco translate plugin, its most used for translation but you can enter manual text which you want to be displayed, here is the video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LtyVjw46r8
2. Unfortunately it’s not possible.
Kind Regards
