I have a few questions about the AshPro Theme.
I bought it a few days ago, and am curious, what are the requirements for using the theme, like recommended php version.

Also, I tried importing the example theme, and it didn’t do so. (yes I followed directions)
It only imported a few pics.

I already took pics and saved everything that’s on my website.
So I’m ready to go in and re-do it all.

I want it to look like what I bought.

At this moment on your website is activate WordPress default theme, we need your permission to activate Ashe pro and after that import the demo content, please note: after the demo import images, posts and pages will appear on your website with the content you have now.

Hi Jessica,

 

At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays.

If you want to have exactly the same look as having demo sites, in this case, we need to reset your WordPress database and remove all the existed content, after that we will import demo data and your website will look like our demo site, there is no another way.

All the data added via 3rd party plugins will be removed, plugins will be saved in inactive mode.

Hi Jessica,

 

The login URL you shared has expired, please share a new one.

After the database reset all the content you created will be lost, the plugin which allows us to access your website back and will be disabled too, so we will need a new login URL to finish our work.
