Hello,
We are using Ashe Pro at 4 sites. There are two domains that probably look identical to the license engine and sometimes, like as this morning, we are receiving the following message at the frontend of the sites: Theme License is not active! Please Activate it now to get started or if you don’t have one – Buy it now.
The URLs of these sites are https://itfes.tech and https://itfes.org.
Today I made a survey and found these two sites have the same “Site ID”, “Public Key” and “Secret Key” data. Probably this is the cause of the license mismatch.
So my question is: Is there a way to change in someway the “Site ID”, “Public Key” and “Secret Key” data for one of these sites?
Regards,
Spas Spasov

Hi again,
please provide access to both sites where you have these issues and I will check for issues from the backend, from the account info I see that everything is ok, maybe there are some technical issues and I will check them.
