<div>Hi,</div>
<div></div>
<div>I have 2 problems :</div>
1- When I update from Ashe Free to Ashe Pro, the comments below the blog pages disappear. I switch to Ashee Free and everything works : I see the comments and people can comment. I’ve tried to deactivate all extensions and reactivate one by one and it hasn’t resolved this problem (I use Jetpack and it’s in the list off compatible plugin).
<div>
<div>2- The Ashe free customize menu was in French and when I updated to Ashe Pro the customize menu is in English.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Could you please help me to fix these problems. Thanks</div>

Hi Audrey,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
1. In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo
2. Pro theme is not translated to any language, that why the customizer remains in English.
Please make sure to mark your reply as private to hide it from the public.
Kind Regards
Hi Audrey,
We activated the Ashe pro theme and the comments and the comment section is visible on the blog posts. Please share a screenshot of the issue if we are missing any part of the issue.
