I have a problem with editing and browsing the blog page in Elementor. I get the message: “The preview could not be loaded. Sorry, but something went wrong. Click on “Learn more” and follow each step to quickly resolve it. Preview debug.”

Hej Malwina udało Ci się rozwiązać ten problem?, bo natknąłem się na to samo. Proste strony, jak kontakt, regulamin itd. mogę edytować, a już strony sklepu nie.

Thank you for writing to me.

The problem disclosure path is as follows:

1. In the list of my pages in WordPress, I click “Edit” or “Edit in Elementor”

2. After a while, a page appears with the information “Preview could not be loaded”

3. After another moment, a message appears in the lower right corner of the screen with the possibility of turning on the safe mode

4. I am turning on the safe mode

5. Editing in Elementor appears, but there is no possibility to edit SEO elements there, as is the case with other websites; I am using RankMath which indicates that I am using the H1 header incorrectly and in this situation I cannot do anything about it.

Additionally (screen 6) I present screenshots with the message and Elementor screen without the SEO section

We checked your webiste but cant reproduce the issue, we were able to open pages using ELementor page builder without any issue, please share a screenshot of the issue for more clarification and we will take a second look at the issue.

As we see the issue appears only when you are trying to edit dynamic pages such as shop for example, actually for the mentioned issue you need to contact the Elementro page builder support team and ask them to check for the issue.

All other pages can be edited without any issue, for example, try to edit this page: https://asplecie.pl/makrama-kontakt/

By looking at support comments, the Elementor people are pointing to the theme.

I would like to add that an example of a dynamic page is a shopping cart (checkout), with which there is no problem.

It bothers me that you wrote that you had no problem editing the page, why? what could it be the result of?

Hi Piotr,

 

No one points on the theme, you can make sure by contacting Elementor page builder, or trying to edit the page with Worpdress default editor.

For the page editing is responsible page editor you are using.
