I have one post that will not load. Unsure of when it loaded correctly. My host says it’s a theme issue?
May 14, 2021 at 2:46 pm #61439Hi Amy,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
Can you please describe the issue you have in more detail? Please share a direct link to the page where the issue appears and for more clarifications, please share screenshots of the issue.
Kind Regards

May 15, 2021 at 1:09 pm #61448Hi Amy,
1. Seems that your server/hosting has no idea how theme and WordPress work, if the other 10 posts can be loaded without issue so why for the 1 post issue the reason is a theme?
2. In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Actually, after we turned it off the preloader post worked perfectly, on the issued post we found several extra scripts maybe a conflict happens, please keep the preloader deactivated till we investigate the issue.
Kind Regards

May 21, 2021 at 10:00 pm #61574Hi Amy,
We tried to reproduce the issue on our test servers but can’t, our developers reported that on the website is too many 3rd party plugins active which can be the reason for the issue.
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
Kind Regards
