Is this the only way to contact support?

I tried to reply to what was supposedly my second email – no response.

I never received my email to download the theme – despite the money most definitely coming out of my account immediately.  There is no way to manually download the theme from my dashboard that I can see.

So far I am deeply concerned that I have wasted yet more time and money.

PLEASE reply.

PLEASE let me download and install what I have paid for.

I will check why you do not have received a theme download link, do you have checked the spam inbox?

Anyway, I will post in the next thread the theme download link and license key and hide it from public view.

Very helpful.

And yes, I checked spam and hit the “resend the email” button several times.  Waiting for it to arrive each time – to no avail.
