    Hi,

    I wanted to update to the new Ashe Pro Theme. I get an Error message

    “Beim Aktualisieren von Ashe Pro ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Download fehlgeschlagen. Forbidden”

    and can’t see the website anymore 🙁

    Please help.

    Hi Veronika,

     

    We had this kind of issue and we fixed it, please try to update the theme after 48h and check the result, if the issue still be presented, please share your website access using this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
