The menu’s on my site are acting funny. I want the top menu to appear (I do not want the menu to be under my header image).
1. However, on the mobile version the menu disappears altogether.
2. Likewise, the “Hamburger” sidebar icon that appears to the left under the header image, it doesn’t show anything but a search bar. How do I get that to show my menu in the mobile version?
3. Lastly, The menu that would appear under the header image says “set up menu” and I cannot get that to go away.
These menu’s are really confusing me, how do I fix this? For a visual understanding click here . Thank you.
Hi Rachal,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
1. With the theme options, you can have only 1 mobile menu section – the main menu should be used in this case, as you are not using the main menu and only the top bar menu, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Responsive section and enable the option “Merge Top and Main Menus”
2. Hamburger icon you mention actually is the Alt sidebar area, here you can locate widgets, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar Alt and add your preferred widgets, you can find the menu widget too.
3. “Set up menu” only visible for website admins and fro persons who have access to the dashboard.
Kind Regards
